Customers who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will not be guaranteed service.

Appointment cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Customers who cancel their appointments same day (or do not show up for their scheduled appointment) will be charged $25 for each appointment. This also applies for customers who schedule an appointment for a nail fix that is being rendered at the salon’s expense. Customers who make an appointment for a nail fix, but do not show up, will be asked for a credit card to hold future appointment times regardless of whether the services are being comped or not.

Please be advised that customers who book appointments online and then unlink their credit cards from our system will automatically result in a cancelation of their appointment and release of the scheduled time for others to book their appointments. You will need to re-book online and provide a form of payment to hold your reservation.

Please also be advised that if you have an issue with your nails as a result of our product defect or its application, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service being completed. Customers have 96 hours from the time of the original service being completed to come in to fix their nails, if the fix is being rendered at the expense of the salon. This 48 hour policy does not apply to personal preference changes with regards to services rendered by the salon. Therefore, customers who receive something that they do not like or if a customer has a change of heart, they will be charged for additional services rendered.

Please also be advised the California State Board of Cosmetology prohibits the rendering of services to any client that has an infection or communicable disease on their skin or nails (this includes fungus). The Board requires that technicians and salons refuse service if at any time it is determined that the client has an in infection or communicable disease on their skin or nails.

Please also be advised that any services that are customized at the clients request (i.e. very thin hard gel coats instead of the normal thickness that should be applied) will void any warranty of comped nail fixes that may be offered at the salon’s expense.
